This is a design wall by Tatsuya Inoue (Qlipper's), an illustrator living in Sakai City. The wallpaper features Sakai's bird, the shrike, as well as ancient tombs, lighthouses, and black porgy, creating a treasure hunt in Sakai that parents and children can enjoy together.
It is located in Kids space on the 2nd floor and the baby rest room on the 3rd floor.
