Bali Kamiyama Honey is grown on the Kinta Mani plateau, which spreads across Mount Batur, an active volcano on the island of Bali, Indonesia.
The ripe fruits, lovingly grown by contracted farmers, are gently hand-picked one by one and dried under the tropical sun.
The coffee is then hand-picked and subjected to a "honey process" that retains the mucilage that is usually removed during WASH, resulting in a taste that stands out with its sweetness.
I recommend iced coffee in the summer.

The gentle sweetness of the honey castella cake enhances the lingering taste of the coffee.
