During this season when knitwear becomes more popular, the most common inquiry we receive is about repairing broken chains.
Delicate necklace chains can easily break if pulled too hard, requiring repairs.

Various repairs for K18 chains
・If the chain has come off the jump ring (the part at the base) (as shown in the image below): Crimping repair: from 1,100 yen
・If the chain itself breaks: Brazing (welding) repair from 2,750 yen
・If the snap hook (detachable hardware) breaks: snap hook replacement + rivet repair 3,630 yen + 1,100 yen ~
・If the chain gets tangled: Repair and untanglement from 1,100 yen

Even small parts replaced during repairs are traded in and recycled, so nothing goes to waste.
