■Noboribetsu Dairy Farm
Enjoy the deliciousness born from the rarest pasteurized grass-fed milk. A hugely popular pudding with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture that you'll never forget once you've tried it. The award-winning, mellow natural cheese is handmade using traditional French methods. Experience a new way to drink cheese. We also recommend the additive-free, handmade roast pork, slowly baked at a low temperature for six hours!

B.Bee Honey in Ueda City is proud to offer honey made from different types of flowers, with different colors, scents, and flavors. We offer five varieties, from flavors that even those who don't like honey can enjoy to more unusual flavors. Perfect for Christmas, Yabugarashi has a flavor reminiscent of Kyoho grapes and red wine, and pairs well with cheese and meat dishes. Be sure to try a sample!

Bologna
Bologna Danish bread, born in Gion, Kyoto. Delicious without butter or anything else. We also offer Stollen, a Christmas-only bread.
