      The Asian and Asian Para Games are finally approaching next year.
      One year before the event, we will be holding a "sports game" based on the sports held in the area!
      The first event was held in conjunction with the "Softball" and "Modern Pentathlon" events held in Anjo City, and the "Soccer" event held in Kariya City.
      You can experience play.
      Experience the Asian Games being held in Japan through fun in Anjo!

      Nankichi Kamishibai

      An event unique to Anjo will be held, perfect for the autumn season of culture and art!
      It was here in Anjo City that Niimi Nankichi, famous for Gon the Fox, realized his dream of becoming a children's story writer.
      To coincide with the realization of this dream in October, we will be inviting professional kamishibai artist Mitsuhashi Tora, who is a huge fan of Nankichi, to hold a traditional kamishibai event centered around Nankichi's works.

    • Making a Sanshu tile lampshade and playing with clay

      An event unique to Anjo will be held, perfect for the autumn season of culture and art!
      It was here in Anjo City that Niimi Nankichi, famous for Gon the Fox, realized his dream of becoming a children's story writer.
      Niimi Nankichi published "Grandpa's Lamp" in Anjo and became a children's story writer.
      Continuing the theme of lamps, we will be making lampshades using Sanshu tiles, a local industry in Takahama City.

    • Anjo Gallery Wall

      The hallway leading to the toilets on the 3rd floor will be turned into a gallery for local residents, displaying a variety of art.
      Currently, illustrations by children from Anjo Nursery School, Kotoku Nursery School, and Bright Children's School Anjo Sakuracho are on display.
